Order Processing Time

All Dentatonic orders placed in United Kingdom are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Dentatonic offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. For orders shipping to United Kingdom and other international destinations, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure your Dentatonic order arrives safely in United Kingdom. Depending on your location, your package may be handled by USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your country's national postal authority for the final-mile delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

International Customs & Duties

For orders shipping to United Kingdom from our international warehouses, packages may occasionally be held at customs for inspection. This is a standard procedure and may add 2–4 business days to the delivery estimates above. Please be aware that Dentatonic is not responsible for any local VAT, import duties, or customs fees specific to United Kingdom regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong Address or Lost Package?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Dentatonic cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier delays do occasionally occur.

Didn't Receive a Shipping Confirmation?

If it has been more than 2 business days since your order was placed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Promotions or Spam folders. If you still cannot find it, contact our United Kingdom Help Desk with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
